Weigh in 7/27/09

I weighed in this morning and well, gasp... I GAINED a pound! So here it is... I've had a setback, but by golly I'm going to learn from this setback! My biggest set back these last two weeks has been a combination of traveling (like I will be again next week) and not paying attention to what I've been eating. So to overcome this setback I need to take 100% control when traveling or just hanging out with my boyfriend (its a long distance thing - so I get a little leeway right?) BUT... it is still not an excuse to eat out at every meal or to make bad choices. So I'll be packing my little cooler when I go to Denver next week and I'm putting my 4 meals in it... gonna have to swap his usual massive portion of pasta or rice for some quinoa and veggies for my 5th meal but I'm taking control!
Sure I can still go to lunch with him, but he's going to have to swallow that ooey, gooey hamburger and bun while I stare daggers at him for eating disgusting, but gusting food in front of me right? So off I cry into the night about my setback, but I look forward to stepping on that scale next week and weighing in for you. I can do this!

Here it is... here are my stats...
137 pounds - (OMG, and I'm not even pregnant, and haven't been in 4 years!)
33 inches - waist
41 1/2 inches - hips
Thigh (right) - 20 3/4 inches
Thigh (left) - 21 inches
I'd measure my chest but why be reminded of all that I've lost at the end of this... plus there's always going to be 300 cc's there...
