Thinking maybe this is what I will be eating this week when I return from DEN: 1. Egg whites, or shake
2. fruit, cheese or PB & rice cakes
3. egg whites and oatmeal, or 3 bean salad
4. fruit or shake (shake if 3 bean salad)
5. shrimp or crab, asparagus, cucmbers, tomatoes
Snack - protein brownie or fudgesicle (no eating after 7:30)!
1300 to 1400 cal
